1. Who we are
Snag Rooms (“we”, “us”) operates snagrooms.com, a hotel booking service. When you book through Snag Rooms, your reservation is fulfilled by our accommodation supplier network and the hotel you select; payment is processed by our payment partner on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
2. Prices and fees
Headline prices show the total cost of your stay including taxes collected at booking. Some properties charge additional fees locally (for example city taxes or resort fees); where the supplier discloses these, we display them on the rate before you pay. Prices are live and may change until a booking is confirmed.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Each rate carries its own cancellation policy, shown before you book and on your booking page. Refundable rates cancelled within their free-cancellation window are refunded in full to the original payment method. Non-refundable rates are not refunded on cancellation. Refund timing depends on your card issuer, typically 3–5 working days.
4. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of guest details, for meeting the hotel's check-in requirements (such as valid ID or a security deposit), and for any travel documentation your destination requires.
5. Liability
We act as a booking intermediary. The accommodation contract is between you and the property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
