Snag Rooms started with a familiar moment: finding a “great deal”, clicking through to pay, and watching the price grow: taxes here, a “destination fee” there, an extra charge revealed at the front desk. Booking travel had started to feel like a game rigged against the person paying for it.

So we built the site we wanted to use. The headline price is the total for your whole stay, taxes included. If a hotel charges a fee at the property, we say so before you book, in words, not footnotes. Cancellation deadlines are shown in plain English on every rate.

And because we compare our live rate against typical market prices for the same room, you'll know when you've genuinely snagged something, and we won't pretend when you haven't. No countdown timers. No “only 1 room left!” theatrics. No pre-ticked extras.

Under the hood we search live availability across more than two million hotels and guest houses worldwide, with payments handled on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Your card details never touch our servers.
