- Where's my booking confirmation?
- Your booking reference appears on-screen the moment your stay is confirmed, and the booking is saved to My trips on the device you booked with. You can retrieve any booking with its reference on the My trips page.
- How do I cancel a booking?
- Open your booking from My trips (or look it up by reference) and use the cancel button. If your rate is refundable and you're inside the free-cancellation window, the refund goes back to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 working days.
- Is the price really the full price?
- Yes. The headline price is the total for your whole stay including taxes collected at booking. The only exceptions are fees some hotels insist on collecting at the property (like city taxes or resort fees); when those apply, we list them on the rate before you pay.
- Is my payment secure?
- Payments are processed by our payment partner on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure with 3-D Secure support. Your card details never touch Snag Rooms' servers.
- I need to change dates or guest names.
- Email us at info@snagrooms.com with your booking reference and we'll handle it with the hotel. For date changes on refundable rates, it's often quickest to cancel and rebook.
