9.0Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi hotel op een top locatie in NYC.
De schoonmaak van de kamer. Meerdere keren het bordje 'please clean my room' opgehangen op de momenten dat we een hele middag op pad waren. Desondanks is onze kamer de laatste 3 dagen niet gereinigd.

Great room, comfortable and good size for NYC. Had a very nice view on the 25th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Would have been nice to have an ice bucket option, and a small amenities shop like some Moxy locations have.
