7.0Location was perfect for us Front desk was nice about trying to make it right about the bathroom leak.
The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor. We told the front desk and it was not fixed. We had to ask several times for additional towels due to the leak

10.0“Groovy hotel in central location!”
Great location, very convenient to the subway. We were there to see shows on Broadway and the train took less than 15 minutes door to door. The view was also very cool from the 29th floor.
My friends arrived before me and the desk would not let them check in without putting a $2700 hold on their credit card. Not everyone has that kind of credit so they had to wait a couple hours for me.

8.0“Moxy Chelsea a very nice stay in NYC”
Location is perfect close to everything makes it easy to get around front desk is very nice and helpful and always recognized my status, room is compact but very comfortable and the view from my room 29th floor was incredible. I've stayed at at least 2 other Moxy's in NYC and this is my favorite been here many times.
