10.0“Great location, profesional customer service but not comfortable beds”
Great location close to two subway stations and across street from Battery park. Facility was very clean even when the building and rooms are old. Staff were very nice and polite.
Beds are NOT comfortable at all. You expect a hotel bed to be very comfortable. The beds here are hard as a rock. We woke up with body aches 😅

7.0“OK stay, good location but room is small”
Location, bathroom is big enough , Hilton provides crabtree and evelyn products, able to Communicate through text is convenient
Room is small, no space to hang clothes, cabinets and desk are so close to the bed, hard to move around in the room . Also the safe did not work, I immediately notified the desk and they sent a maintenance and changed the battery, afterwards I was able to use for at least an hour and it died again. I notified them again but there was no reply. I did not pursue because we were only staying for 2 nights. The shower glass door came off the track and they immediately sent someone and got it fixed right away, however the shower door does not fully close and always slides back.

9.0“Forget about the River view”
Gym is great, nice and clear room, good facilities. Lady at the reception in the morning was sweet.
We paid for a River view which is kind of a scam considering the huge building in front of the hotel, which is twice the height of the hotel. A joke.
