  −The hotel was disappointing and did not meet the standard expected for its price. The furniture throughout the hotel is extremely old and should be completely replaced, as it appears to have been collected from different styles and periods, resulting in an inconsistent and unattractive appearance. The booking advertised that breakfast was included; however, it is limited to a maximum value of only USD 50, with guests required to pay any additional amount, which was not clearly communicated. Furthermore, breakfast is not served as the open buffet typically offered by international hotels. Instead, guests are required to select from a very limited menu by writing their choices on a piece of paper, an outdated approach that significantly detracts from the overall experience. The guest rooms are also outdated, with worn furniture that is unacceptable considering the high nightly room rate. Overall, the hotel falls well below expectations and does not provide good value for the price charged.

  “Overall poor quality, room was dusty. Hair dyer was not put away and had someone’s hair on it”

  +Bed sheets kept coming off. Water was leaking from shower as the door was closing, glass shower door was severely chipped and kept feeling like it was going to break any minute, the shower had unclean black, brown, rust spots, and the shower head was leaking. The bed sheets coming off was the biggest issue at night! Ruined my sleep. Happened multiple days in a row even after room service came to fix the issue! The hair dryer was not put away in the bag, it was laying out in the bathroom drawer under the sink and hand someone else’s hair on it who used it before me.
