Children access timings are between 07:00 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 17:00 this must be reserved in advance. The minimum age for a spa treatment or to access the gym is 16 years. Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments. For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that a physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival for verification and payment purposes. We are unable to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other contactless payment methods at check-in or check-out. Kindly be advised that our hotels operate on a cashless policy, and all transactions must be settled using a valid physical card. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit in case of any incidentals, GBP 50 per night up to GBP 250 total is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card and will be released back to you.   +We loved the front desk staff, especially Alex and there was another guy on duty when we checked in, unfortunately we forgot his name - pretty sure he has Philippino genes. Anyway big shout out to them, and the woman on Sunday, maybe she was in guest relations or a manager. 10/10 front of house staff, also bell captains.

  −Most things lived up to our expectations, would’ve loved for the concierge to be more accessible. We tried to get a hold op that department 3 times, and when we got hold of them it didn’t seem like they had much time.
