Children access timings are between 07:00 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 17:00 this must be reserved in advance. The minimum age for a spa treatment or to access the gym is 16 years. Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments. For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that a physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival for verification and payment purposes. We are unable to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other contactless payment methods at check-in or check-out. Kindly be advised that our hotels operate on a cashless policy, and all transactions must be settled using a valid physical card. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Checking in was late, I was “upgraded” to a junior suite but the pull out bed option was super uncomfortable and would have rather had my original booking also when the bar area was being shut down the night manager was extremely rude to guests and clapping in their faces to leave. No one was trying to stay she was extremely rude to paying guests and treated every guest in the bar area like a child all other staff was excellent and kind
