Visits to Bar 31 do not require a prior reservation. Please note that the 3-course lunch booked as a supplement in TĪNG restaurant also requires prior booking to make sure availability can be provided. All breakfast-inclusive rates refer to Ting restaurant on level 35. In-room dining is available at a surcharge. Please note that for the New Years Special, the property will send special terms and conditions after booking. This must be confirmed by the guest and send back to the hotel before check-in. For nonrefundable reservations the Hotel will send a secure online payment link via Booking.com, valid for 24 hrs to complete the payment. The reservation will automatically cancel if deposit is not received within 24 hrs. The images displayed for the rooms are sample images only. Views may differ depending on the position of the room however all of our rooms and suites face outwards and overlook London. A deposit may be required at the property.

  “Just Shelter nothing more to it.”

  +The view was nice but after looking at it for a little more than 5 minutes it is just a view. The rooms are clean but no thing spectacular. I have been to 3 star hotels abroad much nicer. There wasn't a welcome drink, no complimentary biscuits. I called concierge to find out if I could get some buscuits for the room and was told they no longer offered complimentary biscuits. We has only 2 bottles of water for our stay which was on a very hot day. The food was honestly not remarkable both for supper or for breakfast. The building is beautiful to look at. Unfortunately you can only look at it from the outside. The inside is just a clean building. We were not given an experience, we were given shelter for the day and night. Just shelter. The pool was a nice novelty and refreshing early in the morning.

  “The Best Hotel in Europe”

  +Everything about this hotel is exceptional! We have stayed at many luxury properties throughout the world, including The Four Seasons, Ritz, Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Montage, Rosewood, etc. and this particular hotel had the best customer attention and care over any hotel we’ve stayed at. I only had to mention my food allergies once and during the 4 days we were there, every server remembered it before I had to mention it. They truly made us feel like family. The views are a no-brainer- nothing beats them at any time of the day! The food was amazing and our room was beautiful, clean and exceptionally comfortable. The a/c gets extra cool, which is rare for Europe. I actually slept better at this hotel than I have anywhere else the world, including home. Thr location next to Burroughs Market and the Tube made it very convenient too.
