    “Long Wait, Poor Service, Terrible Experience”

    Nothing!

    We informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving after a long journey and that we wanted to check in on time. When we arrived, our room was not ready and we had to wait for more than two hours. During this time, the staff made no real effort to find a solution or help us, which made the experience even worse. We booked two rooms in the same corner-room category, but only one of them was actually a corner room. The staff seemed to have no idea what was going on. Every person we spoke to gave us different information. There is really nothing special about this hotel. It does not live up to its name and gives a very poor impression of the Accor brand. There are much better hotels to choose from. I definitely would not recommend staying here.
