One Elevator was broken the first day which meant long lines to get in but they fixed them the next day Sink is in the room not bathroom

Great location, clean, great staff. I stayed with two young kids and they loved it.
The lifts in the busy mornings can be quite frustrating. Slow and often full causing long waits.

10.0Un séjour absolument incroyable à New York ! J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, très pratique pour découvrir la ville et se déplacer facilement. La chambre était confortable et propre, avec une vue magnifique depuis le 32e étage, vraiment exceptionnelle. Le personnel était agréable et disponible. J’ai également adoré les événements organisés par l’hôtel : l’ambiance est très animée et conviviale, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Et la nourriture était vraiment au top ! Une expérience que je recommande sans hésiter et un hôtel où je reviendrais avec grand plaisir.
