Snídaně s obsluhou, omezený výběr. Půlku času trvání snídaně zabrala administrativa u vstupu a samotné objednávání.

6.0“Great staff and amenities but room was not clean”
The hotel was clean, staff were great from check in to checkout
The room was not as clean. There was a pinkish spot on the pillow case the minute I look at the bed from entering the room. There was yellowish spots on the carpet .

I stayed 3 nights before at four points midtown which was slightly more expensive but its rate on your site was lower (I don't understand how). So in comparison with it Arlo was super small, without a bottle of water and a proper closet. Although I saw the room is only 16sqm it still was surprising.

We like the location, the hotel itself had a very good vibe and decor. Also the workers were all very helpful and nice. The rooftop bar was a great addition with a good vibe as well.
The cleanliness. The lobby at times felt stuffy due to old and stained furniture and seating. Thats really it.

9.0“Vacaciones de 10.”
El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad y alrededor puedes encontrar todo lo que necesitas: tiendas, cafeterías, metro... es un hotel relativamente nuevo y tiene unas instalaciones modernas y cuidadas. El personal es muy amable. Nuestra habitación tenía un buen tamaño, pero es cierto que tenía categoría de "habitación accesible". La verdad es que estamos muy contentas con la elección que hicimos. Las vistas desde la habitación eran muy bonitas y las camas cómodas. Valoramos especialmente que a pesar de ser un hotel grande, limpiaban las habitaciones cada día aunque fuera tarde y el sistema de llamada de los 5 ascensores es todo un acierto porque rápidamente tienes a tu disposición un ascensor libre.
No me gustó que el baño tuviera cortina. Tanto a la habitación como al baño le faltan armarios o estantes para dejar la ropa. La camas dobles son buenas, pero algo pequeñas si duermes con hijos.
