  “We had severed hundred euros in cash disappear from zipped up luggage within our hotel rooms and the staff/managers”

  +The location was nice for first-time Paris visitors.

  −We had several hundred euros in cash stolen from our room- we suspect by the housekeeping staff. Despite immediately informing the hotel staff and spending hours on this ordeal between filing the lol ie report, explaining to multiple hotel managers what happened, and dealing with this over several days, the hotel offered us nothing in damages. Most higher end businesses would volunteer some kind of gesture of good will for the enormous inconvenience and stress of a theft - the managers at Dame des Arts didn’t offer anything. We asked for a comp’ed night on our 4 night stay or at least a refund of the amount we had been robbed - they flat out declined. Literally nothing to make up for the lost time and extremely negative experience of being robbed here. The guest relations managers Prisca and Marta were especially unhelpful- terrible customer service. Truly felt like once you book here, any negative experience you have as a guest is just too bad. Again- we literally had cash disappear from zipped up luggage within our rooms at Hotel Dames des Arts and the staff/managers here did nothing to help us.

  “Welcoming, beautiful and comfortable!!”

  +The Views were amazing - but the decor and design choices were stunning! The doorman was especially welcoming and the staff was friendly.

  −Size of room was a bit tight - but space is restricted in most European hotels. I would definitely return to this hotel.

  “great experience”

  +Great experience all around. Amazing location, great rooms and facilities and perfect staff and service. Food was also pretty good, specially the breakfast. The rooftop bar has a limited menu, but the view is 10/10

  +Yes this is near Notre Dame but there have to be better hotels that your room is bigger than a match box. They advertise a roof top bar but you can never get up there. Dont go for lunch unless you go early they close at 2:00 no matter what they say.

  “Amazing hotel, location & breakfast!”

  +This hotel in I’m a great location for all things you might or want to explore in Paris! Our room was great and the bed was comfortable! Having a good nights rest is priceless and this hotel didn’t disappoint. Waking up for the delicious morning breakfast was great fuel for the day! The rooftop bar is a must for sightseeing! The natural herbs and plants was relaxing to enjoy and appreciate. The staff from checking in, breakfast, and helpful info on restaurants and guidance around the city. The fitness room was amazing!!!!!! The equipment is….impressive!!
