9.0A very comfortable hotel with good breakfasts. A short walk to the underground and St. Paul's Cathedral. Two classic pubs are close by too.

As I’m disabled I asked for a room near the lift They obliged….. however the lift was broken for the 5 days we were there They did move us to the other side of the hotel which was great ….. however I felt the second room was not as nice.

It’s our second trip and we really love the location and the facilities at the hotel
We were a little disappointed that our room had not been serviced when we arrived back at around 5pm and had to request clean towels and crockery.
