10.0Das Personal war wie immer sehr Freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht. Das Zimmer war toll,mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Lage zentral, 5min zu Fuß zur Station Waterloo.

The location
Overpriced for such hotel not that good. It is similar to Novotel which can be booked for half price. Breakfast was limited although they serve Nutella in breakfast which good thing. The room and toilet requires some maintenance.

The staff were exceptional. We had asked for a room with a view as we were celebrating a birthday and when we arrived we had been upgraded to a studio room with a great view, plus Prosecco and cake was sent up after arrival. Very grateful thank you as it made our trip.

Location. Nice staff.
The room was in an outdated section of the hotel and looked very worn out, with years of accumulated dirt. For £350 a night, I definitely expected a much better standard.
