Guests traveling with children are kindly requested to add the children's age in the Special Requests box upon booking. Children from 16 to 18 years old will be charged EUR 30 per children per night when using existing bed. Children's entertainment is offered at breakfast time, during school holidays. A discounted price for the public car park is available upon request at the hotel's reception. The credit card used to make the reservation will be requested upon arrival.   “In the end we were lucky we were out most of the time as our room was outdated and was not up to standard with no resolu”

  +The area was great, close to the Metro and other sites. The breakfast was nice too and wait staff very lovely.

  −Our room was really not nice, the carpet is outdated and dirty. The room had mould and when we told guest relations they said they hotel was fully booked and nothing they could do. They also never restocked the bar fridge from the previous guest as there was half drunk items on some beverages and left it in the fridge. There was renovations going on so some noise. Rooms really need an upgrade it wasn’t pleasant.

  “Decent choice for staying in Paris”

  +Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent and makes it very convenient for exploring Paris. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast offered a good variety, the amenities were nice, the hot water pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Although we experienced few operational issues during our stay, I believe they were isolated incidents and did not overshadow the many positive aspects of the hotel. Overall, the positives clearly outweighed the negatives, and I would happily consider staying here again on a future visit to Paris.

  +Recepción en el checking con helado. Calidad de la elaboración de la comida/cena. Dar las gracias al equipo de restauración y en particular a Léa ROUSSEAU (DIRECTRICE ADJOINTE DE LA RESTAURATION ASSISTANT F&B MANAGER), por facilitarnos por mail las cartas y aclarar nuestras dudas.

  −Carta de restaurante corta, pero rica. Que no nos asignaran una habitación familiar ( la contratada) sino una con dos sofás individuales, pero que solucinaron tran mi queja.
