Staff are extremely rude. I dread having to talk to them or ask for anything. Definitely not the kind of experience you would expect from a 4-star hotel

L'insonorisation des chambres, entre elles et côté rue, n'est pas bonne. Toutes les communications écrites sont seulement en anglais.
