3.0“A huge disappointment for the price.”
The location is excellent, and the hotel is in decent condition. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom is superb, with a spacious shower and bidet.
Breakfast was lacking in variety. The bread was burnt every day. Furthermore, the toast was of poor quality. Scrambled eggs were made from powder. Regular fried eggs were charged extra. Tea was only available black. Hot sausages were cut into finger-sized pieces and swollen with water. The hotel offers parking, which is important in the city center. However, we were denied parking for unspecified technical reasons. My stay was completely ruined by Booking.com's unagreed-upon security fee, amounting to €75 for three nights at the hotel. When I cited the reservation, they threatened me with police action!
