La struttura è pulita e le coperte vengono cambiate quasi quotidianamente, vengono offerte due bottigliette di acqua ogni giorno
Il phon smette di funzionare se impostato alla massima velocità, costringendo ad aspettare minuti con i capelli bagnati. Lo staff si è dimostrato prevalentemente maleducato e poco collaborativo. All'esterno si concentrano ratti, senzatetto e persone ubriache che creano un ambiente poco sicuro. Ho riscontrato problemi gravi con i servizi: un'acqua acquistata alle macchinette mi è stata addebitata 19€ invece di 2,30€, e ho dovuto sollecitare il rimborso per tre giorni. Infine, una prenotazione in un ristorante richiesta tramite l'hotel non è stata effettuata, obbligandomi a cambiare i miei programmi creando notevole disagio.
