    “Great hotel with outstanding location”

    Location is unbeatable, few minutes walk from Paddington station (i.e. you can get to Heathrow in 15 min with the Heathrow express), right across Hyde Park. Staff is attentive and genuine. I received a free room upgrade. The room was great views, plenty of space, and all the amenities you could think of. The overall stay was perfect.

    Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and situated right on Hyde Park.
